Gardens in Hungary are beautiful!

Karoly is our new branch mission leader so they invited us to their home for a wonderful lunch and meeting.

They have a beautiful garden and yard and the weather was perfect and the food delicious.

After the meeting he showed us the doors taken off of the missionaries car in Gyor. He is amazing at body and fender work. The car looks brand new.

On Saturday we were invited to Eva's garden for soup and treats.

Is it age or beauty that smoke follows? I have got the age part covered in this picture but the others are good looking!

Some kind of worm or caterpillar had eaten all the leaves of of these bushes so the elders took it upon themselves to take care of the problem.

It was quite intense!

You might say they are men on a mission! Pun intended.

The harvest.

The harvest up close.

And the destruction!

Just across the fence there were a bunch of roosters and chickens. The Hungarians call them chickens with pants. That is what I call them too, although this may be a Brama Rooster but I will stick with roosters with pants. They were huge!

This is Steve trying to explain how pretty gardens are in Hungary. We are very lucky to be able to share in their beauty.
